LifeSplit ("Application") is an Ad-Supported and freemium service.
This Privacy Policy explains how your data is collected, used, and protected, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) ("GDPR") and the Spanish LSSI-CE Law 34/2002.
By using the Application, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

5. Consent and Advertising
Users in the European Economic Area (EEA) will be asked for consent before receiving personalized ads in compliance with GDPR.
Consent can be managed at any time through the app settings or system privacy controls.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
User data is retained for as long as the account remains active.
Personal transactions, profile data, and card references are deleted.
Group transactions remain visible to other members but are anonymized.
The user's name and email are replaced with a neutral placeholder.

The Application is not intended for children under 13.

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and the Service Provider cannot guarantee absolute protection.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be published on this page. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Free users may receive personalized, non-personalized, or limited ads through AdMob. Google UMP collects regulatory choices before any ad request. On iOS, App Tracking Transparency (ATT) separately controls tracking across other companies’ apps and websites. If you select “Ask App Not to Track”, LifeSplit does not use the IDFA for tracking and requests only non-personalized or limited ads. Regulatory privacy choices cannot override ATT. Standard limited ads do not use a local advertising identifier. Premium users are not shown ads. The Google consent interface may store strictly necessary consent-state data so it can remember your regulatory choice; this data is not used for tracking.
